Un-Refried Beans

Serves 4


2 Cans Black or Pinto Beans, Rinsed & Drained
2 Tbsp. Salsa
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/2 Tsp. Mexican Seasoning
Salt to Taste (Approx. 1 Tsp.)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or as favorite, a Magic Bullet. Blend until relatively smooth.
